3D Terrestrial Laser Scan to Building Information Modelling solution for Rail Construction

  • The first in South East Asia to implement a combination of 3D Terrestrial Laser Scanning and Building Information Modelling (BIM) for construction checking 
  • 3D laser scan of built elements is checked against design models to track and document post construction elements, enhancing operational efficiencies and remote collaboration while generating actionable insights. 
  • The technology will be further expanded with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence capabilities to automatically identify defects from laser scans. 
  • Winner of the Information Management – Heavy Civil Construction category award at the Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards 2022 hosted by Singapore Business Review
